Strong working knowledge in payroll activities
• Knowledge in country’s statutory requirements
• Validation of various payroll reports and analysis on variances.
• Creation and maintenance of process SOP’s
• Experience in handling customer queries.

• Demonstrated understanding of Payroll processes.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills: Able to collaborate and work in various teams
Education and Experience Required
• Graduate in B.Com / any degree with accounting background with a minimum of 60% and above aggregate scores.
